The Knights Dance Team was established 10 years ago and, as part of the approval process to become an official STMA sport, our program is responsible for funding 95% of its operating costs. These expenses include: JV/B-squad coaches, entrance fees for dance meets, costumes, team apparel/gear, and additional training opportunities. In addition to sponsorships, our dancers and families help support the program in several ways. Each dancer pays a team participation fee, in addition to the district activity fee, and our team also works hard throughout the year to raise funds through a variety of fundraising efforts.

 

In addition to fundraising, we rely on the generous financial support of our local community in the form of sponsorships. Our sponsors help offset additional out-of-pocket costs to our dancers, making the Knights Dance Team more affordable and accessible to every student.
